Shipping & Returning Original Art

All artworks are packed and shipped once the payment transaction has been confirmed.

Original paintings will be shipped within 5 business days of your purchase. Except if the painting is in an exhibition, it will be shipped after the show. The dates of the possible shows will read in the description of the painting.

Shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout. You are also welcome to come to my studio in Helsinki to pick up the painting. In this case you won’t need to pay for shipping.

After I have shipped your painting, you will receive a notification.

Milla Sipola Art will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel

The customer is responsible for all return costs.

Failure to collect your shipment in time may result in your parcel being returned to the sender. In this case, all costs of resending will be charged to the purchaser. Not collecting your order is not a reason for a refund.

Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, VAT, etc.) are on the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information provided. Milla Sipola Art cannot be held responsible for any failed shipments resulting from missing or incomplete information.

Shipping of Art Prints and Merch

All the prints and clothes are printed on demand.

Shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout. 

After your print/merch has been shipped, you will receive notification via email.

Milla Sipola Art will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel. 

Payment options

Payment on the website is possible via Major Credit Card networks, PayPal and Apple Pay. When picking up a painting from the studio, cash and bank transfer are also possible.

Original paintings: 10% VAT

Prints and clothes: 24% VAT
